Thurs 19/8/21 10x800m/2 min rest/neg@152.9 From the off I knew I was going to challenge this session. What was extremely frustrating in the end was that my back tweeked, so I stopped the workout during the last rep. What I’ve learnt over the past few months is to respect the body and to not ignore the warning signs. A rest day tomorrow for sure. A win of a session tonight. #walkwithyou
