Sun 22/8/21 5k / 4k@154.9 / hard last 1k I could say how much I thought I disliked that this evening. The neggsy head was ON it and focussed on all the wrong things. I’m in the greatest of surroundings (my back garden), on the greatest of machines (C2 erg - model d), doing what I love (rowing), and yet the head was giving it some … This evenings row was a success for a multitude of reasons. I did it. No HD. I love rowing. My physical health is tip top. My mental health is good. Targets achieved. I’m outdoors. Suns up. I found my flow … Don’t let the head get in the way. 💚 #walkwithyou
