Mon 23/8/21 TDR WOW 6x500 no rest 5K start pace, neg split, last 500 at 2k pace Decent. Short lived as well. My 5K game needs work, and I’m working on it. Current form is thereabouts 154.1 for the 5K so that’s where I started. I haven’t pulled a 2k tt for ages, but the PB split for that is 144.3, so all in all I’m chuffed with this one. Day off tomorrow. 5 a side footy here I come. #walkwithyou
