Wed 1/9/21 Rugby test. Great session. Footy Tuesday night. Rugby test Wednesday night. Professional rugby player I am not! I think they have to hit 10 or 11 mins to pass this one. Full effort for this row tonight. Being sensible and thinking it through won the session. This workout had me in the head before I’d done it, so I’m extra pleased with the result. #walkwithyou
