I am on my second Concept II Erg. I used it a lot back when I was playing rugby. Never had a dedicated space. The monitor was not functioning and so I would depend on audio clips.

I have a new office/shed in my back garden so it is my space. I bumped into a guy who I used to work out with nearly 40 years ago. He is running a Power Rowing Club in my community. So, I just got the monitor fixed ... and I feel like I have just bought a new Erg. I am online and checking out the forums.

Really looking forward to see what I can do.
