I am sick, but I still was at my normal UT2 SS pace, so next week, once I’m no longer sick, I should be able to crack 1:59.0 for the first time this rowing season. This will bring me a step back to my gap year fitness level. The new training plan and my effort to sleep and eat smarter is working.
