I have been an active person most of my adult life. running in my 20's, swimming & racquetball in my 30's, and using an Elliptical machine in my 40's - early 60's.

After surviving a heart attack at age 62, I learned to use a rowing machine as part of my cardio rehab. The concept 2 has been key to my recovery. I now do cardio workouts on the Concept 2 rower 3-4 days a week .

I'm using Heart Rate Variability measurements to monitor my physical and emotional health.
