Tried for a 5k. Told myself 1:55 until the end... then immediately didn't do that. In review it seems clear I was trying for 1:48'ish initially, then 1:50. Blew up 3/4 through.
Used too much arms, didn't lean forward enough, not enough legs.
Shit. Needed to stick to the gameplan and good form.
