Gym and weights lover - Cardio hater! Younger days saw regular cross fit and rugby union participation but currently now prefered cardio - rowing machine all day long! No where near the best but do like to challenge myself. Only whilst in Covid-19 lockdown have i been doing it regulary and must say do enjoy it apart from the knee and back ache!
