Inspired by Dr Luirink's rowing log, experimented with 20 x 100m efforts/200m recoveries for the last 6000m of today's 10000m session. Ended up doing efforts at 1:45-1:46 and recoveries at 2:10. Had hoped for maybe 1:40 efforts. Will need to try much harder. Impossible to imagine me ever coming close to 1:30 efforts, however.
