Had to abort 10000m session after 30 mins (8030m). Inside right forearm cramping again. Maybe letting shoulder and right elbow rise at the end of strokes, as physio told me not to do. At least I reached over 8000m this time. Last time had to abort after 5000m with same problem. Looking good for a sub-37:20 until then; ready to wind it up for the last 2000m. Perhaps should just have gone for a good 30 minutes distance. Grrr.
