I'm a retired math teacher (highschool, Delft).
Like to read, play chess and make bike trips, preferably outside (Lisse -- Langevelderslag -- Zandvoort -- Vogelenzang -- Lisse is one of my "standard" trips).
Training about two to three hours a day, for mostly health related reasons (COPD; arthrosis; bit too much weight (...)), but also for fun obviously.
My average speed, by the way, is as close to zero as humanly possible.
The only reasons you'll find my name rather high on some of the charts are my reasonable average training time(s) and the fact that I own both a concept2 rower and a BikeErg (not a very inviting name, by the way, but a terrific device nonetheless).
