I am a complete beginner as a user having purchased a Skierg in early May 2020, as a consequence of lockdown. I hope to build fitness from a low base using Concept 2 machines as key part of aerobic fitness. I am an Outdoor Education teacher in North Wales, and usually enjoy sea kayaking on the North Wales coast as and when the opportunity arises.
