I’ve been rowing at gyms for around 15 years mainly just as part of a general fitness plan. I would just hop on press “just row” and go as well as I could. During lockdown I acquired my own Concept 2 and am really enjoying rowing more than ever. Got a lot to learn in terms of improving my times but keen to do so.
