After a working life in design and running my own company in London for over 40 years, I retired in 2017. I then started on the fitness trail, on Concept 2 with regular sessions at the gym, when I’m not playing golf or bowls.
I don’t seem to have the time to put in long training sessions and I’m much happier with HIITs
