First row at new drag factor (~100 from ~88). Maintained same pace and heart rate as rows at lower drag factor! (Note: I think HRM displayed 8 - 10 BPM higher and lower than actual based on still being able nose breath throughout my workout. Hopefully my new HRM (Garmin) will work better.)
