Goal: heart rate between 123 and 125 bpm, but not over 125 bpm; strake rate 20 SPM. Managed heart rate okay except a couple of excursions over 125 in the last 7 minutes. Got caught up in getting 5,000 m in under 30 min for the first time. Increased drag factor to 114 - felt much better connected to Erg. Better leg drive!
