Goal: UT2, 18 SPM and HR not to exceed 125 BPM. When I exceeded 125 BPM I reduced effort and stroke rate to reduce HR. Only last split recorded at 126 BPM. Average HR 120BPM is 50% of max HR and 126 BPM 55% of max HR.
