July CTC Challenge. HR at 144BPM is 73% of max or low UT1. Strava has my average HR at 133 BPM which is 62% of max or mid UT2. Need to work on endurance at higher stroke rates. Goal was 5000m at 24spm, which I achieved but my stroke rate got slower late in the interval. The 2000m at 20 SPM felt okay despite being tired. Breathing and technique held together okay.
