Reduced the drag factor from 120 to 115. Wanted to re-row the 30 min at 25 SPM. Warm up didn’t feel good so reduced to 20 min and hold 24 SPM for 10 min. Okay for about 8 min, then son began to fade as I lost strength or concentration. Last 10 min low and slow. Average HR in UT2.
