Goal was a UT2 with stroke rate of 20 to 22. I wanted to work at a slightly higher stroke rate. My average HR was 136 bpm (65% of max). Max HR was 148 bpm (77% of max). Worked on leg drive. Easy to loose concentration when I get tired.
