Rest day yesterday. Hour row with intention of setting a PB. I thought I could average 2:30/500 m. Decided to start at between 2:35-2:40/500m and see what I could do from there. Worked on consistent drive length and good leg drive. My average HR (142 bpm) was just under my UT1 max. Row felt good!
