decided to do something different, 10k @ zone 3 HR. 4k in and HR monitor telling me in zone 5 so slow down to get back into zone 3. then with about 2k to go HR monitor suddenly drops to below 100 pick it up to zone 2 and would you believe that this is the same splits that took me to zone 5 earlier. just shows trust how you feel not the tech shit!
