Athletically, I’m a former Ironman Triathlete (10x Ironman finishes, including Kona). Also Team USA ITU World Long Course Championship back in the day. I’ve been pretty sedentary the past 15 years, busy with getting a degree in Nursing and then working professionally in Clinical Nursing. The pandemic has sparked me to get moving again. Always wanted to learn rowing (I’ve canoed in the Canadian Boundary Waters). So, here goes! :) I’m currently cycling indoors, rowing (just got a Concept2 last month) and running short distances. Newbie again. Life’s short, have some fun!
