Hi. I got my second-hand C2 Model C a week ago to train for an Atlantic row in January 2021. I'm not a rower but did a little in my youth (teens) and none till now. Rower's Bum is killing me as I'm doing distance work + HIIT. Have just finished another hour and thought I'd do a 500m and then check times. I'm happy!
