Approaching the end of my Race Season. Today the 10K. Had done already a satisfying split on QM in 38:33,5. Already a bit over the top. Do target was under 38:30,0 and if superb close to 38:20,0. Could not get the HR to the desited values but with my usual strong last 500m. in 1:49,0 managed to dive under 38:30,0. Temp. 14,5ºC Hum. 83%
