Well trying to pick up slowly the training again.
This weekend been twive on the road bike for first time in 3 years.
This was an Ok session. There we are...last week 13.567 and today 13.787 2 HR 140. Compare that with exactly 6 months ago where I scored 15-046 and 15.081 with the same HR. Long way to go...
