For the first time in 5 months my Step Test, but sticking to mu normal Watt values id not realistic. Give a good indication of level of fitness. Target 160-185-210-235 Watt. First 3 doable but the 4th. I kind of skipped to do IRL test September 4´. Best so far 1044m. this summer training. Indicated that 1050-1060 should be possible.
