Supposed to do a Hard Interval 130 - 165 but was not to be. Could not get the HR up and halfway decided to change to Capped HR 152. EPOC 220 and TE 4,8 which means this was close to limit although it did not feel like that. Last year 1:29:15,5 for same Interval session.
