Well this did not go as planned. Wanted to do a HM of which a fast Interval first half in 2:02,0 and after that an easy very slow 2nd. But could not get it going and had to go for an even pace. Halfway decided to do a Capped HR 149. Anyway the feel of longer distances is back and that is something.
