Bit p... off that it seems so difficult to go Sub 1:30:00.
Looks like have to go close to AHR to beat that. Therefor opted for 20 splits Capped HR 140. Reached that after 24min. 30min and 7240m. In 60min 14.240. Decided to free the HR to 152 for the last part. OKish but....
