Hmmm as it is the new season cannot control myself 100%. Was supposed to be 10K at HR Interval 133-168
Wanted to do the 1K in Sub. (1:58,9) 4 2K in Sub 2:00 (7:58,3) and then let it go, but after the 2 and 2,5k managed to keep up Sub 2:00 for 5 in 19:58,2 and 6K in 23:59,3. Wanted to do an easier last 4K but approaching 30`decided to call it the day. 7.482m. was not too bad in fact..
