What a misery. It shows beyond doubt that training for me is the key word. Had the intension to do the same session as 1 year ago (14.065m. at Capped HR 133). Reduced drag from 160 to 140, but no way whatsoever. Had to quit after just over 30´at a pace of an untrained person.
