There we go. First 40K on the BikeErg. Kind of compatible with HM on Rower. Target was 40 splits starting at HR123 ending HR 162. After HR 152 let is slip and could not go fast enough. Anyway is kind of 100% what I expected. Present HM pace . 4 sec.
