Lousy weather so opted for a longer bike ride.
FM /42.195m). Target was around 2:04 but was HR capped. 42 splits starting at HR 121 till 163. Was not to be. Easy in beginning but after the hour tuff.
No way I can do a 100K as was the plan for next week. Will reduce to a 50K piece.
