Well. This was a long and harsh day. Travelling back from Mallorca to Lagos.
Been on the road for over 12 hours by car, train, walking, taxi, walking, plane and 3 hours driving back from Seville. In order to get this out of the system wanting to do a 30´ride. Pace 2:02 ? Slow start but could increase RPM and ended up with 1:58,5 which is a SB.
