Well time for some training instead of racing and pacing. Opted for a 60´ride with Capped HR 140.
Pace 2:00 till I reached 140 (after 20 min) and from there on trying to keep it on 140. After that pace dropped from 2:00 to nearly 2:12 and that is not good.
