Well it seems I am getting into trainings routine again.
The Ski Erg is torture for me but a good tool to wake me up.
Decided to do a 20K today with in the back of my mind to set a new PB/SB. Target was 39:20,0.
It is hard work but doable for me. Shaved of some 14 sec.
