Stan beat my SB of yesterday with ease way above my PB. But had the feeling that with a lower Drag (today at 99) should be able to do better in the 2nd. part. Easy start and after 30´in SB of 15349 and SB/PB on 20K. could not keep it up in the third part. Very high HR with AVR of 158 and peak of 170.
