Trying to mix Cycling and Rowing with occasionally some skiing. So far did not manage to keep rowing up after 40-45 min. So target today was to set a time for 60'. The minimum requirement was 14.065m. = 2:07,99. On the old D-Rower it is going quite a bit easier. Had set HR targets: 15' 140 - 30' 146 - 45' 152 - 60' 159. On target.
