Tja it is me what. Opted for a long session. Supposed to go with Capped HR 152 like yesterday. And AVG pace 2:04,0 = 1:22:40,0. But HR Belt did not work. 30' in 2:01,7, 40´in 2:02,0 6 0´with 29.300m. After that struggling and had to P.D. (peddle easy). A way of the target but still tried with a Max. Effort lat 1K in 1:48,4 to make it. 1,3 sec. short. Turns out that I reached an MHR of 178 or more which is my Top performance.
