Promised myself to do a 5K and/or 6K before the end of this month. Fitness is getting better so in fact no fear that I could not complete it. Target was 2:18,0 or 23:00. Soon went faster and it seems with SR it is easier to up the pace during the race which is strange. 2:18,0 became 2:15,0 - 2:14,0 - 2:12,5 and in the end 2:12,0. Obviously a PB & SB.
