Well, not much energy to do things. The plan was RE but did not feel like it. Opted for BE and set it at 60'.
Not super feeling so after some time decided to take it very slowly with a recovery ride with Capped HT 127. AHR 125,50. During the 2nd. part decided to do a 2K on RE afterwards to see if I could beat the 7:47,0.
