Too busy in my mind with other things. As it seems that my level of fitness and trainings intensity now is at an acceptable level to do real trainings sessions.
Decide to do an old favourite on the Row Erg.
20 splits of 1K with starting HR 127 and from there on 6+ and 3-, that should result in an AHR of 143,50.
Although I did not hit them all on the head the AHR split was exactly 143,50.
Will do more of the same in the future.
