Last day of a long training month. As I have blisters decide not to row but to do another cycling session. Wanted to copy yesterdays session but again problems with Heart Belt so changed target several times from 20' HR 140 40? HR 152 60' HR 159 to 2:00 flat halfway with HR 152, slowing down to give it another burst at 20K in 40´. Last 20' letting HR go down to 152-156.
