Not a very good sleep and feeling a bit tired and low of energy. However had already in mind to try to so a 30' on the Ski Erg. Target was pace 2:15,0. It is tuff but less than a couple of months ago. Just above 2:12,0 which is even faster a PB on 5 & 6K.
