Well made up my mind that today I would do before the end of the summer a HM for the 70+ ranking.
Rower is Concept E Drag 149. Hmmm thought it would be kind of easy to beat 1:30,0, but could not get the pace and HR up. Hard to get to HR 140!? With an ultimate effort in last 5K just managed to stay inside.
