In the early morning (dark) missed a step on the stairs and strained my rectus formalis. Sh... that means I hardly can walk and not bike or row. Looks like can do aerobic exercise on the Ski Erg. Opted for 4 x 7:30 at pace 2:15 (130) - 2:14 (140) 2:13 (150) and 2:11 (160).
