5K TT for IRL. Done one beginning of this month in 20:50,0. Yesterday had a split of 20:30,0 on a 30' session. Had today set my mind on 20:00, 0 if in good shape. Had some confidence I could do it and I did. Nice that I still can go sub 2:00 in my seventies.
