Had set my mind already for some time to attack my 30' (WR) record. Feeling good the last couple of days. Done a bit of WU on the SkiErg. followed by a 10' easy WU + Calibrating. PB & SB was 15.619m. My WR 70+ was 15.513m. So quite easily improved with some 150m. Happy days.
